My name is Rawls Edwards, Certified Professional Home Inspector and owner of GREI. I have been in business since 2014 performing residential home inspections for the Middle GA area and beyond. I understand the real estate process as I have been a mortgage broker and I also carried a real estate license for informational purposes as well.
I gained much of my extensive knowledge about homes through hands-on experience. I have rehabbed, fixed up, and sold houses since 2002. I am also certified through AHIT and a member of InterNACHI – the world’s largest home inspector association. I follow InterNACHI’s Standards of Practice for every inspection.
